Tuesday 4:30 Remain In The Game* is tailored to keep youth healthy and avoid sports injuries through a combination of balance, strength, plyometric, agility and stretching exercises.  Taught by Dr. Nicholas Beresic from eStudent Wellness with a doctorate in Kinesiology from UNC Greensboro.

Tuesday 5:00 Family Zumba –fun, simple dance steps to music for all levels.  Taught by Vinh Ngo, who has been teaching for 7 years and is licensed to teach Zumba and Zumba Kids.  Click here for his bio.

Thursday 4:30 Family Growga – focuses on yoga, mindfulness, and connection.  Taught by Cathy Brooks who has been an elementary teacher for over 18 years. Her experience as an elementary school teacher, along with her love for yoga, has quite naturally led her to become a Growga teacher.  She brings a big smile and lots of energy to every Growga class and can’t wait for you to join her!

Thursday 5:00 Family FitN20 – 20 minutes of movement with a variety of  strength, cardio and core exercises for all levels with Coach Alexius and Coach Scott from Active Bodez.
