I joined Active Bodez in August 2020 at a time where I was very unfit. I had specific goals to increase my upper body strength so that I could do more creative things like aerial silks and sling. I signed up for a personal training program and couldn't be happier! Not only do I love the workouts, but I have achieved such fantastic results in such a short space of time. Scott is extremely diligent about mapping out a path for success that really takes it to the next level. He is also very friendly and really takes the time to get to know his clients. He really cares about helping people meet and surpass their goals. I also find the cost to be extremely competitive and highly recommend Active Bodez!
