Personal Training Sessions
Here at Active Bodez, we have been providing personal training in Morrisville for almost 20 years. We offer the following packages:
- $97.50 every two weeks for weekly 30 minute sessions of One-to-One personal training and unlimited facility usage
- $175 every two weeks for two weekly 30 minute sessions of One-to-One personal training and unlimited facility usage
Not sure if one of these packages is right for you? No problem. We offer custom packages as well. Each package includes unlimited facility usage and everyone’s favorite part of the training session — stretching!
Senior Fitness Programs
It’s never too late to get into shape, and working out with our experienced personal trainers can provide many benefits. Stretching your muscles promotes enhanced flexibility and circulation. Lifting weights strengthens and tones your muscles. Our personal trainers will show you how to perform these tasks with the proper technique to deliver fast and effective results.

What to Expect
When you first visit our fitness center, we’ll take the time to review your fitness goals. You and your personal trainer will then work together to develop a plan that works with your schedule, your goals, and any limitations that you might have. All of our trainers have degrees in the exercise sciences and at least five years of experience, so you can be confident that you’re in good hands.
Our personal trainers will guide you through your workout session, monitoring your form and progress, and we’ll take you step by step through each exercise. We take pride in incorporating the best strength training equipment on the market, such as Keiser air resistance equipment. This equipment is utilized by many sports teams including the Carolina Hurricanes and UNC. It is perfect for all ages and skill levels, as it is easy on the joints and allows as small as .1 pound resistance increases to help all levels progress.
